SIGMA Twist Brush Machine + PSI Filament Setter
TWISTING MACHINE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF TWISTED BRUSHES
- SIGMA can produce loop-end, closed-end and cut-end (open) twisted-in-wire brushes.
- SIGMA is composed of 1 clamping unit that twists the stem wire, one hook unit (or second clamping unit, optional) that holds the stem wire under tension and 1 trimming unit, to trim the fibers.
- SIGMA is usually combined with PSI Filament Setter, which prepares the tufts of fiber to be manually inserted in-between the two stem wires.
- SIGMA can work with synthetic, natural and metallic fibers, as well as metal stem wire and plasticised wire.
