Probably 85% of Household Brushes can be done using 3 different kinds of Carriages viz. Radial Carriage and Double Hockey Carriage + Clamping Systems for Round Head Setup. This we do for options of Roller Carriage and Parallel Carriage for special applications.

All of our Brush Tufting Machines can make Double Hockey.

X Axis means Sideway movement, Y Axis means Front & Back movement, Z Axis means Up & Down movement, U Axis means Circular movement and V Axis means Radial movement.

Using Anchor Bar the Brushes can go down in thinness as low as 6mm.

Output is measured in Tufts per Minute. Various Models available from 240 Tufts per Minute going upto 1200 Tufts per Minute.

BORGHI ITALY in a joint venture with BORGHI INDIA produces 3 Axis and 5 Axis Machines with basic start-up Models going to continuous Tufting Machines.

Critical parts like Filling Tool Parts, Springs, Belts, Pneumatic Pipes are supplied with the machine is standard Free of Charge.

The basic machine Model ALPHA and BETA are manual. STARDELTA is continuous whereas the STAR R32 Model from BORGHI ITALY is fully Automatic.

Normally Brush Tufting Machine for very low Power Consumption. For example, the ALPHA uses only 3kW and the BETA uses only 2.5kW during production.

Each machine has a different requirement of Air but it’s normally consumption 300 Ltrs. at 6 Bar.

This is the speciality of BORGHI that we train any good technician to operate our machine. You do not need of steel operator from another Brush Manufacturer.

Minimum 1000 Sq.ft. upto 2000 Sq.ft. for the Brush Tufting Machines, additional Area for search of Raw Material and Finished product.

Using specific Filling Tool we can do tufting of PP Filament, PET Filament, Cocoa Fibre, Palmyra Fibre, Tampico Abrasive and Natural Fibres.

In order to support new entrepreneurs, we keep stock of Filaments so that you can buy small quantities of several colours before you are ready to buy bulk quantity directly from the Filament manufacturers.

In the same manner as above, we provide Wire in small quantity and provide you Reference to buy in bulk quantity.

Normally 5 days of training in BORGHI Factory and thereafter 5 days in your Factory.

Our technician will come to instal and start-up the machine.

BORGHI does not manufacture any Moulds, but we can give you very good references of Mould Manufacturers.

We do not supply Moulds for the Handles, but we do help customers in designing the Handle, so that they are unique and different from other manufacturers. We aim at creating your own identity rather than copying any Brush Handles.

Ofcourse references are given, but we need to see the Brush that you manufacture to identify the correct Mould Manufacturer.

The complete List of Filament Manufacturers would be disclosed to you when you will place the order for the machine. We have almost 14 Filament Manufacturers for PP and PET Filaments with very good reputation of good and consistent quality at reasonable price as well as timely supplies.

We will give reference of very good Wire Manufacturers after you place the order for the machine, who will give you at competitive rates and prompt delivery.

The Drills for making holes and the Driver for pushing the Tuft in the hole are consumables. We supply 5 each with the machine Free of Cost, but you must keep adequate stock of the same at all times.
