Officially founded in 2012 by a joint venture between Borghi S.p.A. and Satellite, as the crowning of five years of fruitful collaboration between the two companies in the Indian market, Borghi India finds its permanent home, laying the foundations for a successful future in a country where the production of brooms and brushes is constantly growing.

The opening ceremony of the new plant, entirely dedicated to the operations of Borghi India and located nearby Mumbai, took place on Sunday 8th December 2013 at the hands of Mr. Enzo Ferrari, President of Borghi S.p.A., accompanied by Mr. Haren Sanghavi and Mr. Rajiv Sanghavi, Shareholders and some of the best customers of Borghi in India, Relatives & Friends, some of whom travelled a long distance just to be present on this occasion.

Currently Borghi India produces locally the ALPHA Model, a vertical filling & drilling machine with 3 & 4 Axis designed only for the Indian market, whereas Satellite continues as agents for machines from Borghi S.p.A., Italy, providing a range of highly competitive and complete solutions.
