Industrial brushes come in several core shapes, each suited to a different task and produced on a different industrial brush machine configuration. Here is what each type does and how it is made.
Flat, circular brushes used for surface finishing, deburring and cleaning. Produced with interchangeable disc holders on Borghi India’s vertical tufting machines.
Long, rotating brushes for conveyor cleaning, polishing and material handling in automotive and textile lines. Made on cylindrical-holder tufting setups.
Bottle brushes, tube brushes and internal cleaning brushes made on the SIGMA TWIST BRUSH MACHINE. See the full twisted wire brush manufacturing guide.
Built with abrasive filaments for edge-finishing and deburring in metalworking. The same machines run abrasive filament alongside synthetic, natural and metallic fibres.
For bespoke geometries and low volumes, the manual THETA MACHINE gives full control over tuft placement. After tufting, brushes are finished on trimming and finishing machines.
